I need a robin costume that's adult size. I don't want to spend a lot of money; therefore, I can't just go out and buy one. I need one that could be made at home with as little supplies that need to be bought as possible. Remember this is for the bird type of Robin, not Robin and Batman or Robin Hood. Thanks!
I need this for a concert. We're doing the song "Rockin' Robin", and I'm playing the bass, so the choir decided that I could dress up as a robin. I'm not embarrassed easily so I don't care how weird I look in it.

Imagination, and using what you have. I would go with a brown suit and a red undershirt, if you have them. For extra detail, you could get a tie and cover it with red feathers. Also, you could try making your hair look like a plume of feathers. Good luck!

Does this scene look familiar? Robin and Allan fight with clubs over a vat of boiling pitch. It's a gladiatorial battle of skill and strength in this clip from the latest series of BBC smash hit adaptation, Robin Hood.

We've been invited to a fundraising medieval banquet on saturday. fancy dress is optional and i'd like to make a bit of an effort but i have 4 days and no access to costume shops... any ideas for a quick and easy costume for a man and a woman? thank you!

woman: wear a long floor length skirt, and then just tie scraps of fabric or scarves to a belt and arrange them over yoru waist, wear with a loose, flowy shirt and lots of bangles for a "gypsy" look

man: anything that is natural colors or earth tones, if you've got high boots, wear those, can tie scarves/sashes around waist and have a piratey/peasanty look

For Halloween I want to be either poison ivy or robin hood but can't decide which one to be!
I have a cute short green dress and brown knee high boots. For poison ivy i was going to wear red lipstick and get fake ivy from the store and add it on or for robin hood would get a feathered hat and a little fake bow and arrow. I'm in college if that makes any difference

Here is an idea of what it is:
http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/app (it looks better in person)
If that link doesnt work try: http://www.forever21.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=FOREVER21&category%5Fname=dress%5Fdressy&product%5Fid=2054927178&Page=all

Thanks for any help ;)
